this is a part time position and it may be a day or two before your
call
is returned. You may FAX the court at 262-293-9235.
If you wish not to appear in court, and
the top
part of your citation has your citation checked as "not mandatory"
you may post your fine by mail. Your check or money order should be
made
in the exact amount noted in the upper right corner of your citation.
The
check or money order should be made out to "Lannon Municipal Justice"
and
mailed to:

If you choose to post by mail you will be
found guilty
and the fine will be applied and your citation resolved. You should
know
that certain violations are assessed demerit points by the State of
Wisconsin.
In the upper right corner of your citation is the estimated demerit
point's
for your violation. Please be aware this is an estimate only, Wisconsin
Department of Motor Vehicles makes the ultimate determination on points.
Juveniles who wish to appear in court MUST
be accompanied
by a parent or guardian.
Court is held on the second Tuesday of the
month. You
should appear at 6:00PM and the Village Attorney will meet with you for
a short pretrial conference before you appear before Judge Dutcher.
